A young Marine alters his military identification card so that he may use it to purchase alcohol at the local exchange and is caught by an noncommissioned officer (NCO). He is then escorted to the Staff Duty NCO for the incident. The narration explains why a Marine would alter his ID and the consequences that can lead up for violating regulations under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
